- Full refund OR
- Free replacement
5. Can I return an unused item?
Yes! Within 30 days for refund if:
- Item Condition: Unused, opened, or gently used items in good condition (original packaging intact within 30 days)
- Not a final sale/custom item

6. Who pays for return shipping?
Scenario 1: Mini Ira Error (Wrong/Damaged Item)
- Shipping Cost: Mini Ira covers 100% of return shipping fees
- Responsible Party: Mini Ira

- Shipping Cost: Customer pays all return shipping costs

7. Are there hidden fees?
No extra charges for U.S. customers:
- All import taxes included at checkout
- $0 fees upon delivery
8. Why was my tracking not updating?
Possible reasons:
- Carrier scans delayed by 24-48 hrs
- Check spam/junk folders for our emails
- Weather/holiday delays (we’ll email you)
9. Can I ship to a different address?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at halo@miniira.com. Address changes after shipment aren’t possible.
10. How do exchanges work?
Only for color/finish changes of the same product:
- Customer pays all shipping costs
- Request within 15 days of delivery
