When You Can Return
Full Refund Available For:
- Orders lost during transit
- Damaged or defective items (verified by photo/video)
- Products not matching the description on our website
Return & Refund Available For:
- New, opened, or gently used items in good condition (original packaging intact)
- Incorrect items sent by us
All within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging.
Not Eligible For Return:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided
- Custom-made or final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” in promotions)
Our Free Return Process
We cover return shipping costs in all cases – no questions asked.
Step 1: Start Your Return
Contact us at halo@miniira.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos (if applicable, e.g., for damage)
Step 2: We’ll Send Everything You Need
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive via email:
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Designated warehouse return address (not our corporate office)
- A prepaid shipping label – always included
Step 3: Ship & Receive Refund
- Return items in original packaging within 10 days of receiving the RMA
- No restocking fees – ever
- Refund processed within 3 business days after warehouse inspection
- Refund issued to your original payment method
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
- After shipment: Refuse delivery for a refund (original shipping fee deducted if order value was below the free shipping threshold).
Exchanges
We happily exchange for the same product in a different color/finish.
We cover all exchange shipping costs.
