We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (excluding U.S. territories and PO boxes). All products are prepared at and shipped from our fulfillment center in Taiyuan, China. We are actively exploring additional fulfillment options to better serve our customers.

8. Transit Damage Resolution
For damaged shipments:
- Email clear photos + order number to halo@miniira.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Choose either:

9. Warehouse & Fulfillment
Our fulfillment center is located in Taiyuan, China. All orders are inspected, packed, and shipped from this facility via air freight. We do not currently maintain U.S.-based warehouses or inventory.
For U.S. customers, your tracking number will reflect the shipment originating from China, with updates appearing once the package enters the U.S. carrier network.
