Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
• Processing times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
• Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
• Weekend orders (placed Saturday–Sunday) will begin processing on Monday.
• Stock delays rarely occur. If they do, we will email you with options within 24 hours.

Please carefully review your shipping address, product selection, and contact information before placing your order, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
• Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for tracking notifications.
• Your tracking number will reflect the shipment originating from China, with updates appearing once the package enters the U.S. carrier network.

Customers will be able to track their orders throughout the entire delivery process.

Delivery Information

Orders are primarily shipped from our fulfillment center in Guangzhou, China via air freight.

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Depending on your location, packages may be delivered through:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

We do not currently maintain U.S.-based warehouses or inventory. Large-volume shipments may occasionally be transported by sea freight.

If no one is available during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or package pickup.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• U.S. customers pay $0 additional fees at delivery.
• All applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are included in the final checkout amount.
• No extra fees at delivery.

Note: Tax policies subject to change per U.S. regulations.

Tracking Responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to any delivery or customs notifications when required.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Unclaimed packages
• Failure to respond to customs or carrier requests
• Refused shipments

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

1. Email photos + order number to info@miniira.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. We will issue a full refund OR ship replacement items at no cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at info@miniira.com

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a suitable resolution.

We will notify you proactively if delays exceed 3 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
